This week Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) announced non-security, discretionary funding levels for the FY 2011 budget. His announcement included a blueprint to dramatically cut federal spending. Chairman Ryan will likely file his budget resolution next Tuesday. The House Committee on Appropriations must then decide what to do with Ryan’s budget cuts. Congressman Rob Woodall (R-GA) issued the following statement in response to Ryan’s announcement.
